Do you have mom posture?

Do you have “mom posture?”

Mom posture=rounded shoulders, forward head posture, sagging breasts, pouching tummy, knock-knees, and/or bow-leggedness,

If yes, you may be one of the 47% of moms who suffer from tension headaches. Poor posture can also be linked to low self-esteem and increased risk of sustaining shoulder injuries. In the article below, there are exercises that allow you to reverse the postural changes that result from having and caring for your children. These changes are exacerbated if you use your phone frequently or have a job that causes you to be at a computer for extended periods of time, In contrast to popular belief, postural changes don’t reverse themselves which is why you will notice that some moms still have mom posture decades after having a baby. I hope you enjoy the read. The first two stretches are my personal favorites.
